Do we sell psychedelic chemicals?

No we do not, instead we are focussing our efforts to bring you the most useful equipment needed to study these types of chemicals.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept E-Interact bank payments (from Canadian to Canadian banks) and credit card through Stripe.

Do you need to be a member to order from us?

No, you do not need to be a member but we encourage you to register so that you have access to all the promotions and referral programs that are limited to our registered members.

How do I redeem loyalty points?

Loyalty points can be redeemed at checkout.

Price Matching (I suggest we don't have this option)

Please understand we also have to consider other business operating factors such as taxes since we operate in Canada, our added value shipping policy, and our strive for excellence in customer service along with inventory availability and quality too. We do not price match or price beat.

Password Resets/Forgotten password

If you need a password reset, you can do so from the login menu, and an encrypted password will be sent to the email address that we have on file. If you do not have access to the email address associated with your account you will need to contact us by email at support@cglresearch.com

Shipping Related

We offer Xpresspost, Purolator next business day and Fedex (various options, TBD). Orders over $300 will have their shipping fee waived.

Shipping to a different name other than the Authorized Account name

We do allow shipping to a different name other than the Authorized Account holders name. Please email us at support@CGLresearch.com to request the change and let us know of the change before placing your order

If your order is placed by 12 pm PST, your order will be shipped that day. A tracking number will be sent to you by email after our shipping team has processed your order. The tracking number will be live, after it has been scanned by the courier, usually before 4 pm PST.


In order to return an item please contact support@CGLresearch explaining the reason for the return and receipt or corresponding transaction ID. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original invoice. You will be sent instructions regarding and shipping labels for conveniently return the item.

After inspection, the return will be accepted and a full refund will be issued, minus a restocking fee of not more than 30%. If the returned item has been damaged or deemed altered or modified by the client, no refund may be issued.
